These terms are the basic operating layer for the brand website, its content, and the first-drop flows.
General use
By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the site, the brand, or other people using it.
Content ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, brand language, product concepts, copy, and visual materials are owned by Make Weed Mid Again or used with permission.
No promise of product availability
Product pages, first-access requests, and email signups do not guarantee future availability, fulfillment, pricing, or launch timing. Interest is a signal, not a binding promise.
Future regulated products
The current site does not sell cannabis products. Any future cannabis-related offerings would live under separate compliance, licensing, and jurisdiction-specific rules.
Changes to the site
The brand may update, pause, or remove parts of the site, product lineup, and content as the business evolves, sobers up, and figures out what deserves to stay.
